From the pristine pastures of Ludogorie
We are in the Golden Region of Bulgaria – a place blessed with pristine nature and vast, green fields. Here, far from the hustle and bustle of the big city, we have carefully selected small farms that raise special breeds of animals. The milk we use is distinguished by its exceptional richness, creamy texture, and high content of fat and protein. For every kilogram of cheese, we use 7 liters of milk, preserving all its qualities in the final product.
